Shipping and delivery

Because it is of the utmost importance to us that your order is delivered quickly and without damages, we spend a lot of time and effort on optimizing our shipment procedure. By working closely together with our parcel services of choice and our suppliers, Supboardshop is able to offer a fast, efficient and complete set of delivery options.

In the table below, you can find the shipping costs for different types of gear per country that we deliver to. If you cannot find your country in this list, please contact us and we will get a quote for you.

Delivery time

• Delivery within 48 hours

  Supboardshop.nl strives to offer the best delivery service to its customers. If you order a product we have in stock, we are able to deliver it within 48 hours to every address within The Netherlands and Belgium (including the Wadden islands). 

• Deliverable directly from stock

  On every product page, you can find the current stock status. If a product is currently out of stock, please contact our customer service to find out how soon we can deliver that particular product.

• Delivery time when paying by bank transfer

  If you choose to pay by bank/wire transfer, it may take one to three days before we receive your payment. Once we have received your payment, we will send you confirmation and ship your order that same day.

• Choose your preferred delivery date

  You can choose a preffered delivery date (up to a week in the future) by simply notifying us of your preferred date in the remark field on the delivery option page.

• When you are not at home

  If you're not at home when your order is offered for the first time, it will be offered again the next day. After this second time, you will receive a notification where you can pick up your order.

Free shipping

Supboardshop.nl charges no shipping costs on orders above €200,- to addresses within The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany. This includes all of our boards! 

Shipping options

Shipping options available to your country will automatically be shown during our checkout process. Supboardshop.nl offers you the following shipping options:

• Standard / Germany standard

  Our standard shipping method. 

• Europe other

  Our standard shipping method to countries other than the Benelux countries or Germany. 

• Payment on delivery (extra costs: €24,-)

  Payment to courier; either by PIN or cash.

• Time Sensitive before 15:00 (extra costs: €13,-)

  Please indicate the preferred delivery date and time in the remark field. On that day, your order will be delivered before 15:00.

• Time Sensitive before 11:00 / after 14:00 (extra costs: €25,-)

  Please indicate the preferred delivery date in the remark field and if you want to receive your order before 11:00 or after 14:00.

• Pick up at our office

  Please indicate the preffered pick up date and if you want to pick it up between 10:00 - 13:00 or between 13:00 - 17:00. We'll make sure the coffee is ready!

Tracking your order online

Immediately after we send your order, you will receive a notification from us, including a tracking code. With this code, you can follow the progress of your parecel on www.mijnzending.nl.

TransMission

Supboardshop.nl works together closely with TransMission, a partnership between regional transportation companies that together form a complete distribution network for the whole of The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. By working together with TransMission, Supboardshop.nl is able to offer free delivery to its customers on orders above €200,-. Supboardshop.nl has chosen for TransMission because this company is specialized in handling large parcels and because it is personal in its approach to its customers.
