Ordering process

The ordering process at Supboardshop.nl has been designed to be easy in use and clear. On this page you will find a short summary of the steps to finish your order after you are finished shopping. All data you enter during this process are treated in a confidential way and will never be shared with third parties.

Step 1: Your personal data

Both when you register an account and when you order without an account, we will need your personal and address data to be able to deliver your order. If you so wish, you can enter a different delivery address (for example at your work, summer house or a different location).

Step 2: Delivery options

Supboardshop.nl offers you several options for delivery, among which are our standard 48-hour delivery service, pick up at our office in Groningen or one of the premium time-sensitive options our parcel service offers. All delivery options that are available at your location are shown automatically at this page. Also, you will find a remark field on the bottom of this page, in which you for example can indicate your preferred delivery date.

Step 3: Payment

We offer several methods of payment to our customers. For more information about these methods, please look on our dedicated payment options page. If you choose to pay with either iDEAL or Paypal, you will be linked to their external site after finishing our ordering process.

This page also features the option to enter a discount coupon if you have received one from us.

Step 4: Confirmation

On this page, your order will be summarized and offers you a last minute possibility to either change or discard your order. Before being able to proceed to the last page in our ordering process, you will have to agree with our general conditions.

Step 5: Finished!

After completing our ordering process you will, in case you have chosen for iDEAL or Paypal as method of payment, be linked to that particular payment provider. If you have chosen for a different option, you will immediately receive confirmation that your order has been processed.
