Supboardshop strives to inform you as quickly and extensive as possible about your choice of products. Should you however not be satisfied, you will find our possibilities regarding returning your product to us and our complaints procedure.
After buying your products at Supboardshop, you will have 14 days to revoke your purchase, return the product and receive your money back. It is important to note however, that the product in question may have been opened but not used. In order to guarantee a swift solution, we would kindly like to ask you to get in contact with us first.
Important! Because of their size, a lot of postal services do not accept SUP boards. In case you want to return your board, Supboardshop will try and arrange this process for you. The costs for sending the product back are for the consumer. Possible costs you have paid us for sending the product to you will be refunded.
After you have sent your product back to us, you will receive the full purchase amount back from us.
Should you, despite all our efforts, have a complaint about our products or service? Supboardshop would like to hear from you by either e-mail or telephone. If you have a complaint, you will receive a notification from us acknowledging your complaint. Your complaint will be answered by us within 5 working days.
Supboardshop is an aspiring member of the Dutch Homeshopping Assocation. If you are not satisfied with our solution, you can send your complaint to them here.
Supboardshop follows Dutch law concerning honest market practices and consumer protection and this protection also extends to customers outside The Netherlands. You may thus expect that our products are of a good quality within reasonable expectations. Should the quality of the product not be satisfactory or if it shows production errors, you can count on us.
In practice, manufacturers of our products offer a guarantee period of one year / 12 months. You should be able to find the exact conditions on the manufacturer's website.
